My work encompasses my love for Botanical Illustration and Printmaking.   Visualizing the similarities between human beings and botanical forms, I have sought to express growth, blossoming, wilting and, at times, death, in my works.  Using linoleum, balsa, ink, and paper, I connect human experience and emotion with simple and complex forms. 

 

Through her lack of inhibition, curiosity, and expression of pure emotion, I am, continuously, influenced by my daughter, Myka, age 7.
